ABOUT ME

Caleb Hanson began working in real estate in 2006 and spent the first five years working for one of the most influential commercial real estate firms in Glendora. There he discovered a variety of tools to help people get great results in the real estate market. In 2011, he decided to take those tools and launch a business that would help regular folks make wise decisions about buying, selling, and investing in residential real estate. Partnering with Keller Williams Realty was the natural step because their culture of true caring, sharing, and disciplined commitment to results aligned perfectly with his values and hopes for his family and the people his business would serve.

Born and raised in Washington State, Caleb moved to Southern California to finish his education in 2003 and then never left. He is now married and has four young girls who hold the key to his heart. Caleb enjoys spending time with his family, having friends over for dinner, playing guitar and other musical instruments, and exploring the great outdoors. He and his wife are active in their church and aim to share the best in life with others.

Now, after five and a half years as a full-time residential Realtor with Keller Williams, Caleb is still excited about helping families in the East San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire find the perfect home or investment property as they make the decisions that will create their present and impact their future. Read more.

In addition to his real estate training and experience, Caleb graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration as well as Christian ministries from Azusa Pacific University. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Citrus Valley Association of Realtors as well as the California Regional Multiple Listing Service. Over the years, he has developed a reputation for professionalism through the special touches he brings to every deal. He takes his role as real estate agent seriously, making sure he provides his clients and prospective clients with all the information and professional advice they need to make sure they can make their move with confidence.
