    From
    Our Family to Yours

We have a lot to celebrate in the
    Hanson family this month.

The four older kids completed 2nd, 4th, 8th, and 10th grades. Since we
homeschool our children, that’s also a celebration of Hannah’s enormous
and dedicated investment in their lives…

    If

    about your situation and possibilities.

    Navigating
life’s challenges can often feel like facing unscalable mountains,
leaving us overwhelmed and discouraged. From relationship conflicts to
financial burdens, these difficulties can take a toll on our
well-being. In an era of technological advancement, it’s easy to
believe that we should conquer these mountains on our own. However, the
truth is that facing challenges alone can magnify their size, leading
    to anxiety, depression, and hopelessness.

    Fortunately,
there is a powerful solution available to us: the support
of a community. When we come together with trusted friends and loved
ones, these seemingly insurmountable mountains begin to shrink. In his
enlightening book, Big Potential, Shawn Achor highlights research that
demonstrates how the presence of social support alters our perception
of challenges. According to Achor, simply standing beside a friend
while looking at a hill can make it appear 10 to 20 percent less steep
than if we were facing it alone. By including others in our pursuit of
achievement, we transform our perception of the objective, physical
    world.

If you find yourself facing a significant mountain in life, I encourage
you to reach out to a trustworthy individual who can lend an empathetic
ear, offer encouragement, and accompany you on your journey. Achor
shares his own experience with depression, emphasizing how connecting
with supportive friends and family played a pivotal role in his
recovery. Personally, I have found that seeking solace in the company
of caring individuals renews my courage on days when anxiety and
    overwhelm threaten to consume me.

As a real estate agent, I am here not only to assist you in overcoming
the challenges of the real estate landscape but also to provide
encouragement as you scale the other mountains in your life. Together,
we can make these mountains more manageable by tackling them side by
side. Remember, you don’t have to face life’s obstacles alone. I am
here to support you every step of the way.

    Blessings until next time. -Caleb
