As I was speaking with my neighbor recently, she mentioned that she stays in contact with the previous owner of our home. During our conversation, she let me know that our offer was accepted in large part because of the letter and picture of my husband and myself that Caleb sent along with our initial offer on the property - something that set our offer apart from the others they received. Caleb is incredibly thorough and very accessible via phone and text to answer any questions. I wholeheartedly recommend him, especially for first-time homebuyers.

When you work with Caleb you get more than an agent, you get a team of people who are always available to help when you need it. Because there are people dedicated to doing the paperwork and communicating with cities, counties, escrow etc it means that Caleb can focus on the communication between you and the buyer or seller. Caleb is always professional and knowledgeable and will remain the calm voice if reason throughout your process. When I sold my house I was under a lot of outside pressure and I had to lean on Caleb a lot. He never faltered. He was 100% ready and available whenever I needed something.

He is very knowledgeable and will find the best program for your financial status. Caleb Hanson is persistent and will not give up to find the perfect match with your needs and desires when trying to look for a home. He is not forceful or overbearing; he is patient and calm and easy to talk to. If a place is not found right away, you can continue to receive email notifications when one comes available on the market. Unfortunately, we have not been able to purchase a home at this time, but Caleb was able to find us a leased property and was there to help us every step of the way. We are looking forward to someday owning a home and Caleb Hanson will be there as our Realtor. We have given his name and number to many of our friends, who have all had great experiences.

Caleb and Hannah are an amazing team. This was my wife and myself's second time buying a home but our first time selling one so naturally we had many questions and concerns. Thankfully Caleb was always available and responded to all our inquiries fast which gave us more time to look for a new home that our family could fall in love with. He really took the time to get to know our wants and needs. Our goal was to sell our home and move into a new one with as little time in between as possible, and even though we had family to stay with in the event a longer time frame was needed, Caleb went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase transition smoothly. He got us into our new home within a couple days of selling our old home. needless to say we are very impressed with his sense of urgency and attention to details as he worked for us.
